Douglas Lezameta Jr.

President / CEO

Douglas Lezameta Jr. immigrated to the US from Peru 19 years ago to live with his father, Douglas Lezameta Sr. Despite arriving with no knowledge of English, he pursued ESL and business studies at DVC, and went on to work as a telemarketer and radio show producer for “En Buenas Manos”. Seeing a need for better representation of the Hispanic community in media, he founded “Radio Fusion Latina” and later “TV Fusion Latina” to provide education and real information to the community.

Today, he owns Fusion Latina Network, a media company that creates content for companies in the form of podcasts, video live streaming, and video commercials, as well as channels for Roku TV and Amazon Fire. He serves as the President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a role he takes seriously in helping his community elevate its business to compete with other communities. Lezameta believes that learning English is the first step towards success for the Hispanic community and that by providing education, advocacy, and opportunities, business owners and entrepreneurs can grow and thrive.
