We are a business organization whose primary function is to promote and facilitate business in Contra Costa County and the Bay Area. H5C stands for advocating, empowering, promoting small businesses, and preserving the traditions of our community.
Our Chamber is filling a void in our local communities, its membership base and its strategic location here in the East Bay Area, make it well-placed to represent all small businesses.
Today, the Hispanic business community is the fastest-growing sector of the California and USA economy. The Bay Area and California Hispanic market alone produces revenue of billions of dollars a year.
